ThylaSing is an a cappella vocal ensemble based in Hobart. With a focus on contemporary songs and arrangements, ThylaSing is a place for talented and experienced singers to sing and perform with an exciting and innovative group.

Creative Arts Group for Women. Do you feel buffeted or exhausted by the winds of change?
A bit sad or overwhelmed at a time of transition in your life? Or maybe just want to prepare for a change you know is coming? This is a program that offers creative arts practices to lean into through times of change. Join me for some time out, a chance to take a breath, gain new perspectives and skills to bring more ease and joy to life.

Every second Tuesday | 27 August, 10 & 24 September, 8 October | Mountain Room

Come together to sing, play, laugh, learn, discover, improvise and be uplifted! During these sessions, we will settle and ground into the space, warm up our bodies and voices, play with sound making, sing simple and easily learnt rounds and folk songs, improvise and create.

Share in the joy of singing, making sounds and harmonies together, in a safe and welcoming space.
No prior singing experience required. Mountain Room.

The Movers & Shakers classes move the body, awaken creativity and make a community of movers and shakers. You don't need any prior dance experience to join us. We dance then chat and laugh over a cuppa. Community Hall.

Mature Artists Dance Experience  invites adults who have always wanted to dance, haven't danced since they were a child, or artists think it is just not possible; to think again! Dance MADE possible through adult classes in ballet and contemporary dance. Community Hall.
