The Meeting Room

The meeting room adjoins the hall. This means that there are times when running activities at the same time in both the hall and the meeting room is not possible as they will disrupt each other.  The meeting room can be hired independently of the hall or in addition to the hall as a break out space, secure cloakroom, greenroom or kids space. When hired independently, there is no access to the hall or kitchenette. Hall bookings take priority over meeting room unless the hirer wants to pay the equivalent hall fee. 

The meeting room has:

• Capacity is 12

• Table and chairs.

• Free Wi-Fi and a monitor available with camera for video conferencing.

• Tea and coffee station with a kettle, sink and bar fridge

Community Rate

• $24.20 per hour (includes 10mins either side to set up and pack down)

• $12.10 per hour or $50 a day extra when booked with the hall

Commercial & Corporate Rate

• $33.00 per hour (includes 10mins either side to set up and pack down)

• $16.50 per hour or $66 a day extra when booked with the hall.

All prices are inclusive of GST
